The Old Rectory

The Old Rectory

This historic, grade-two listed former Rectory is a great place to chill out, explore the amazing surroundings, or take part in a range of local activities within the National Park.

Situated in the centre of the village, The Old Rectory dates from the 17th-century and was originally a Yorkshire longhouse, heightened in the 18th-century and extended in  1860, when a Victorian wing was added.

Kildale is situated on the Cleveland Way close to the source of the river Esk whose valley connects the near by towns of Stokesley and Great Ayton with the popular harbour town of Whitby. Whilst to the south the City of York can be reached within the hour.
